- What is Park Rest Vacation Club?
- A private holiday club on the Mediterranean coast of Northern Cyprus, in the Lefke district. Membership secures your holiday weeks in a 5★ residence maintained and serviced by the club. You arrive to a ready residence with hotel service — the club’s team takes care of everything else.
- How is membership different from buying a flat by the sea?
- A flat is €150,000+, taxes, repairs and 46 empty weeks a year. Membership is holiday only: your weeks in a 5★ residence maintained by the club. You pay for what you actually use — at a price fixed today.
- Is this definitely not a timeshare?
- No. Classic timeshare is a subscription with mandatory annual fees and murky exit rules. This is club membership by contract: a specific residence, fixed weeks and price, a term of your choice — 7, 25 or 35 years — with no mandatory annual payments for the stay. All terms are in the contract you read before paying.
- What is Founder membership?
- Founder is the early status for those who join during construction. The price is fixed at the starting level, plus priority in choosing residence, floor and weeks. Membership runs for 7, 25 or 35 years — your choice. The closer the resort opening, the higher the entry terms.
- How long does membership last?
- For 7, 25 or 35 years — you choose the term. Throughout it your weeks are secured to you by contract and repeat every year: come yourself or give them to family and friends. What happens when the term ends is set out in the contract you read before paying.
- Can membership be inherited?
- Membership runs for the whole term you choose — 7, 25 or 35 years — and your family can use the weeks. How the right itself passes to another person, including by inheritance, is set by the contract: you read its terms before paying, and we will go through your situation at a consultation.
- Can I sell or transfer my membership?
- Membership is your contractual right, and the procedure for transferring it to third parties is set out there too. You read all terms before paying, and we will go through your specific case at a consultation.
Weeks & stays
- How do holiday weeks work?
- You choose a residence, the number of weeks per year and the season — these weeks are secured to you by contract and repeat year after year. You arrive to a ready residence, like a hotel — only it is yours.
- What if I can’t come?
- Your weeks don’t burn: pass them to family or friends. The club’s strategy includes integration with an international exchange network — in time weeks can be swapped for resorts worldwide.
- Can I give my weeks to family or friends?
- Yes. The weeks are yours, and you decide who uses them: parents, children, friends. The service stays the same for your guests — the residence is prepared for their arrival just like for yours.
- Can weeks be exchanged for holidays in other countries?
- The club’s strategy includes integration with an international resort exchange network. In time your weeks can be exchanged for holidays at resorts worldwide. The club will announce the launch to members separately.
- What service is included in the stay?
- 5★ hotel service: preparing the residence for your arrival, housekeeping, concierge and the resort infrastructure. You holiday like a hotel guest — only in your own residence your family is used to.
- Do residences come furnished and equipped?
- Yes. The residences are fully ready for living: finishes, furniture, appliances. Nothing to buy, ship or repair — the club looks after their condition.
Finance & security
- How safe is the deal?
- The contract is signed with the project’s legal entity, payments go to official details, in stages. Founder funds go to construction, whose progress you see in regular reports.
- How does payment work?
- Only to the official details of the project’s legal entity and in stages: every payment is closed with documents. No transfers “to a manager’s card” — if you are offered that, it is not us.
- Is staged payment or instalments available?
- Yes, during construction a staged payment scheme applies: the schedule is fixed in the contract. We will send the detailed financial model with payment options on request.
- What annual payments should I expect?
- There are no mandatory annual payments for the stay — one of the key differences between club membership and timeshare. Membership terms and everything included are fixed in the contract.
Resort & construction
- Where is the resort?
- On the Mediterranean coast of Northern Cyprus: Lefke, Cengizköy — one of the island’s most promising and greenest districts. 50 metres to the sea, 1 km to the international golf club, 4.5 km to the European University of Lefke, 77 km to Ercan Airport.
- How can I follow construction?
- The club publishes regular progress reports: members see how construction goes and where Founder funds are directed at every stage. Better still — come and see the site with your own eyes.
Visit & first step
- Can I visit before deciding?
- Yes, and we encourage it. We will arrange the visit: meet you at the airport, show the coast and the project, and answer questions on site. The best way to understand this place is to stand on it at sunset.
- Where do I start?
- Leave a request on the main page — we will send the detailed club presentation and the membership financial model, then answer questions in person, by video or in writing in your language. The first step commits you to nothing.
