Park Rest Vacation Club is a vacation club on the Lefke coast, North Cyprus. You secure a week in a club residence for 7, 25 or 35 years and come back on your dates every year — no hotel hunting and no new price each season.
How membership works
Membership reserves a residence and a week a year — or two weeks in a row — for you for the whole term of the contract. The amount is calculated once, on the day you sign, and written into the contract.
- Term of your choice: 7, 25 or 35 years
- One week a year or two in a row
- Residence and season chosen when you sign
- First season: 2028
How it differs from a hotel or your own apartment
A hotel is booked and paid for again every year, at that season's price. An apartment has to be looked after all year round, even when you are not there. In the club you pay for your weeks, and running the resort and the service is the club's job.
Membership is the right to holiday in a club residence during your weeks. It is not a property purchase and not a financial product: the club does not promise any income.
