What the price depends on
- Residence — from a studio to the Executive Suite with a terrace.
- Season — July and August weeks cost the most, winter weeks the least.
- Term — the longer it is, the higher the total and the lower the price of one year of holidays.
What a year of holidays costs
Divide the amount by the number of years and a longer term works out cheaper: the Harmony Studio is about £571 a year on a 7-year term, £200 on 25 years and £229 on 35 years.
How to pay
In full with a 5% discount, in two parts with a 2% discount, or in 12 instalments at no extra cost. More on the «Payment plans and instalments» page.

- Does the price change after I sign?
- No. The amount is written into the contract on the day you sign and does not change afterwards.
- Which currency do I pay in?
- Settlement is in pounds sterling. The site can show prices in euro, lira, złoty and other currencies at the ECB rate; the currency in your contract is the one that counts.
- Why is there a price range?
- The price depends on the season: a week in July costs more than a week in February. The lower figure is the most affordable week of that residence for the chosen term.
